After leaving school Mark studied for and became a real estate valuer. But what really drove him was motor racing. On the weekends he would compete in Motor Racing events around Australia, making important contacts in the industry. Before long he became interested in the relatively new technique of paintless dent repairs (PDR). Disgruntled with the real estate industry, Mark left his first career to train for 15 months in Sydney learning the art of paintless dent repairs. Sixteen years later, his high standards in quality repair have earned him and the company a reputation as Brisbane’s specialist paintless dent repairer in prestige and sports cars. When not at work Mark tries to balance out his family and work life with cycling on and off the road.
Following a very successful career in facility management and the health and fitness service industry, Karyn co-founded Un-Dint-It Pty Ltd. With her experience in managing customer service, sales and operations teams, Karyn has been able to create a business that provides exceptional value, affordability and ease of access to cosmetic car services that many people previously thought were unaffordable. Being a woman, she wanted to also create a business where female clients feel equally at ease. Karyn continues to focus on customer satisfaction with the job not being done till each client is happy with the result. Outside of Un-Dint-It, Karyn has a kitchen design business and loves decorating and home styling.
After completing a chef’s apprenticeship and working in various restaurants in Brisbane and London, Alan became disillusioned and sought change. Having had a passion for sports and prestige cars for years he approached Un-DinT-It looking for a position in the company. Applying himself to twelve-months of intensive training he completed his traineeship. Nine years on, his high standards, attention to detail, and barista skills, have become a signature aspect of Un-Dint-It’s prestige market service. Alan and his wife own classic American cars and also have a passion for specialised recreation vehicles.
